This is our local working windmill, Skidby Mill near Cottingham, an amazing place to visit and watch it in operation.
Not only does it grind cereal, but drives lathes and hammers and powers an old time workshop, all driven by the wind.
The ingenuity of our ancestors really impresses everyone who sees it.
parties of Schoolkids come from miles around and from the looks on their faces, they really enjoy a visit!
