Straight talking

I am renowned for not having any tact but the opinions I have or things I say are not normally said in malice and I accept that they are my own and may not always be right.
I admit today that I might have suggested that if someone was rude to me at work again (which was uncalled for) I would take their heads clean off their shoulders. The conversation seemed to stall after that?! Surprisingly.
