Gel talk

I have had a busy day chasing my tail and trying to help people at work who are basically too stubborn to recognise they need it. I also realise now I am even more patient that I ever thought possible........except when driving.
Been to the gym to restart my programme with Georgia. Positive and exciting. The running needs a kick start now too.
