Sundew

I absolutely agonised over the crop - and I do urge you to look in large, it's ever so much more impressive with a black background.

So - back to the beginning.  It's nice today, not exceptional but still very nice so we took us for one of our favourite walks along the Lodge Track.  Not with Mish - she doesn't care for it up there - it's all those bunyips, they freak her out.

Because we've had some rain, the bush is coming alive.  Birds everywhere (in couples!), new growth coming through, some nice fungi.

I strayed off the path to have a look for orchids, glanced down and saw I was surrounded by baby sundews.  They looked amazing glittering in the sunshine.
