Black Guillemot

Back in February I blipped the Black Guillemot in its winter plumage and this past week was the first that I hadn't seen any without a hint of that plumage remaining. There are always a few in the harbour and it is the symbol of the Shetland Bird Club using its Shetland name of Tystie.

Best in large to catch a glimpse of its red legs.
