17th May - Norway's national delay and the strong ties between Shetland and Norway are celebrated in the Isles with Norwegian flags to be seen in many places.

Scalloway on the west side of is particularly proud of its association with the Shetland Bus movement during the second world war and there were plenty of Norwegian's in national dress on show today.
