Kiltwalk Number 1

Today I did my first kiltwalk of the year. I am walking a total of 156 miles between April and October. That's 26 miles for each walk.

This was Hampden in Glasgow this morning. Not the best weather for walking but spirits were high, thankfully.

I was so glad of my poncho, which kept me dry and warm. The walk itself was from Hampden to Balloch where Loch Lomond is.

The walk was great and met some lovely people and luckily by lunchtime the rain had stopped.

Took me longer than normal but as my training hasn't been much. I was glad just to finish. Great day as always.
