A nice Italian...

At a time when we can choose to eat food from virtually any corner of the world, it is difficult to imagine that I never even tasted pasta until I was at University. I was bought up in a household where we didn't eat any 'foreign muck' and instead stuck to a typical British diet of 'bangers and mash', 'fish and chips' and a 'good ol' fry up'. Thank goodness those days have long gone and I now enjoy a 'nice Italian' at least once or twice a week!
