Heronfield House With Bell

I think this substantial house in Knowle must originally have been some kind of mill - judging by the door set way up in the wall. I suspect where the bell now sits there was originally a pulley for raising and lowering sacks of flour, perhaps. The clue might be that it sits on the corner of Bakers Lane.
