Mother's new friend

Mother lives in Worthing on the South Coast and often feeds sea gulls out of her window. Not sure why, they seem fat enough to me. Today she saw a fox sleeping in the flower bed in the sun and threw some food out to see if he would come to the window.  He did but then got attacked by the jealous seagull - see extra photo. The gull was so fast I had trouble catching him in a photo. After several dive bomb attacks the fox ran off.
