Something different.

A cold and grey day and nothing really eventful except church this morning. I was trying to think of something different to flowers for today's blip and sitting listening to the sermon I noticed these polished brass plates. (Yes I was listening to the sermon!) My normal seat is in the choir stalls as that is what I do - sing in the choir, but the vicar asked us to come and sit at the front for the sermon and although these four plates have always been in the side chapel they caught my eye today. I wondered what the reflection in them would be like and here you can see for yourselves.

There are some of the pillars and the wood vaulting of the ceiling as well as our blue chairs. Just thought it would be 'something different'.

Spent the afternoon putting the small bedroom back together and putting up the new curtains. I am pleased with the colour and overall effect and also that I have got it all finished within a week. Found it very tiring though.

Just need a good home for a bed settee now!
