Oh fudge

In Cambridge for a well needed couple of days break and rest. Whilst wandering around near Kings College (and avoiding the multitude of 'students' trying to sell us tours!) we ventured upon the Fudge Kitchen. We spent a good 20 minutes or so watching in awe as a light coloured goop gradually was transformed into golden firm toffee fudge. Free samples helped the waiting and at the end a chance to try the still warm slightly soft just made fudge. Mmmmmmmm

We may have walked out with one or two more pieces (slabs!!)
