Wednesday phew it's over
Tony kind fought me for this blip however, I need him when I need a last minute blip. I also am too tired to translate.
Check out yesterday's blip I just posted it. This is one of the gazillion violets that grow in my yard.

My choral concerts are this weekend. Tomorrow night is dress rehearsal. I was unsuccessful in loosing 20lbs before this concert. However, I have not had a Doughnut in weeks, muffin in weeks, or an Oreo in a while. I did however find a sleeve of thin mint Girl Scout cookies and ate half of them. Seriously, it has the word thin in the title. You think they would be low in calories. Another of life's little mysteries.
So off I go to sleep. It's 218 am. My physical is tomorrow. Whoa that will be fun.
The last time he told me that walking by itself will not help me lose that tire thing above my hips. It actually is needed for warmth in the winter. Unfortunately I know I will sweat like a pig in the summer
Look I gave up Oreos. That should be enough. I read someplace where taking cream and sugar in your coffee can addd 10 pounds a year. Well, I drink mine black. So if I start putting both in my coffee and stop it after a couple of days, do you think that will work? Nope milk makes me wicked sick the sugar thing is gross. I work with a women who takes 7 spoons of sugar in her coffee. The article was true.
