The weather was perfect for a day out at Leighton Moss RSPB reserve. No sightings of rare species or even cute fluffy chicks, though the number of photographers with lenses more than twice the size of mine gave the impression there was something special around. 

I could have blipped a robin, pheasant or orange-tip butterfly, but have decided that because this photo is so different to my usual shots you can see my take on Silverdale railway station.
