A Spring Day

Today's main event was a very pleasant walk on our local moorland fringe with a friend we haven't been out with for ages. The sun shone for us, and our post-walk lunch was eaten al fresco - what a treat!
There are always plenty of Lapwings around on the area we walked in, although we didn't see any young today. Mr PB heroically rescued a lamb which had got itself entangled in a wire fence.
