My cycling has clearly had an impact on my badminton. I'm moving around the court like a whirling dervish. Only issue is that I'm sometime so quick, I arrive ahead of the shuttle and miss the shot. Bit like dancing, all the right moves it's just that the timing is a bit off.

Rachel's 30th birthday today. 30 years! How dd that happen? Should really have blipped her today, but she's nowhere near as cute as Megan :-)

On the lookout for a car now having practically given mine away to Matthew. Just got the logistical issue of getting it to him. Anyone fancy a road trip down to the south of France?
