A Bird On The Head

We saw a wonderful scarecrow riding his penny farthing bicycle through a field on the road to Guelph. Eye-catching, certainly. Effective? Not very, judging by the presence of the two tiny and very unscared feathered visitors on the rider's head and the handlebar of his machine. Alhough, to be fair, there is no sign of any crows!

However, there were plenty of birds on a lawn a bit further down the road, where a hockey game was in progress, two teams of decoy ducks lining up ready for action. Bet both teams play better than the Toronto Maple Leafs . . . See them here
