Exhaustion

Sunday is my day to sleep more than seven hours anyway.  But today I am particularly exhausted.

I've been really stressed out the last few days and under a lot of pressure with it culminating at the meeting in Tucson I mentioned in yesterday's blip.  I was chairing a meeting of a new organization for the first time.

I'm generally a pretty organized person with things like agendas and running a tight meeting.  People thought it went well.

But I practically collapsed for the rest of the day when I finally got home and the rush wore off.  I got something to eat, spoke on the phone (for a couple of hours) to a friend, and fell asleep in the recliner sometime around 8 pm.

So it's sleeping I'm doing today.  That's it.  
Sleep. Blip. Sleep. Eat. Sleep. Sleep.
