A Load of Bull.......

Yesterday, I received an email which clearly wasn't intended for me....and it reminded me of an extremely embarrassing thing that happened a few months after my father died.

My brother had given me some very sensible financial advice, but instead of being grateful, I was irritated and felt as though I was being treated like a child. And I decided to tell him so.....

The thing is, he's impossible to argue with, because he makes me laugh even when I'm annoyed. So instead of talking to him, I emailed instead. Addressing him as 'Ugly Peabrain', I informed him that he was an incomprehensible, overbearing control freak....a cross between Basil Fawlty and the Soup Dragon. I also told him not to worry about my finances, because I was on the game (specialising in customers who just wanted someone to be really rude about their spelling.) By this time, I was no longer cross, and was just trying to write things that would make him laugh.

And it did. Especially when he discovered that I'd sent it to the family lawyer instead.....
