Leading me up the garden path........

......to Cherry Blossom Cottage

How pretty is this, and how nice would it be to have an address that started with Cherry Blossom Cottage :-)

We took a walk around Swettenham a lovely picturesque village. It literally has a farm, a church, a post box and a very lovely sprawling pub that includes a wedding suite, which sits alongside the Lovell Quinta Aboretum, complete with small lake. It also has the most beautiful lavender field, edged with sunflowers. It makes for fabulous wedding photographs. Our middle son got married here a couple of years ago. A bit too early in the year for all of that though.

I took a few shots, but I like how the cherry blossom had fluttered to the ground, along the path to Cherry Blossom Cottage.

Had a pretty lazy day today overall, still haven't got much get up and go.....not sleeping great, not sure why. What were my worries are all sorted now, maybe it's a delayed reaction :-/

Mum coming for the day tomorrow and lunch with youngest and his wife Monday. No rest for the wicked ;-)
