Little curly top

A day spent visiting middle son, his expectant wife, and Olivia.
It was lovely earlier this morning but not long after we got there it become overcast and the rain started around mid afternoon. We had a lovely lunch together.

Luckily we had our own little ray of sunshine indoors with Oliva and all her antics, she is such a happy child :-) Fingers crossed her new little sister, when she arrives shortly, will be equally as good. Mind you, Olivia does now know where the naughty step is ;-)

She is starting to talk a little now, the latest is moooooo and she loves saying "no" to whatever you ask or say to her...she shakes her head vigorously and her little curls bounce around like coiled springs :-)

I do try and resist indulging too often with our granddaughters, honest!!

We had a horrendous journey back from Congleton on th M6, we left just after 3.30 and it was 5.50 when we walked in our house......blooming rush hour seems to start earlier and earlier, and with the rain bouncing down, not nice, think we were static more than moving! The journey should take no more than 45 minutes...ha! Incidentally, it is still pouring down here!
