Amethyst on Ice

Not sure if there are more of these to come this year or if they are just weather-beaten, but they are not a patch on the magnificent flowers we've had in previous years. 

Busy day meeting friend L and taking her to an acupuncture session in Arbroath, followed by lunch and shopping in Broughty Ferry, then friends round for a meal this evening.

Missed most of the news reports.  Thankfully:-)
