Haweswater

Hard choice for a blip today.
Bright and clear, though with a chilly breeze, for a trip up Longsleddale (never been there before) and a walk up .to Gatescarth Pass, Harter Fell, Kentmere Pike, Shipman Knotts and back to Sadgill.
Between the pass and Harter Fell there are views down Haweswater and from the "ridge" views across to the Coniston fells, Scafell group and over to the Helvellyn range.
There were sheep and lambs everywhere, birds, fine trees, lovely becks and some little waterfalls - all just perfect.
