Happy days

The pup is taking advantage of my good mood to break the no-sofa rule.  Jackson went to school this morning (50 days between pieces of schoolwork he informed me afterwards) and it has made me happy all day. 

Which has been a nice backdrop for a work call straight out of a Dilbert cartoon and a slight disappointment around a speaker for an event that I was really hopeful about but it turns out isn't going to work. 

I have temporarily mislaid my phone so I am improvising a blip using a Photo Booth on my laptop so excuse the quality but I haven't taken another picture today. 

Tomorrow I will do better.  Well I'll try to. And I'll hopefully backblip our very splendid weekend in the Lake District. 

Anyway, Jackson went to school.  Did I mention that?  Oh, and has gone to sleep like a normal person tonight.  Keep everything crossed.
