Bluebell shower

A beautiful May morning gave way to a heavy bout of rain at the end of the afternoon. At our Bookclub we enjoyed  delicious home-made cake and shortbread after our discussion, looking out onto a beautiful garden! These bluebells grow just opposite the house, tended by the same gardener! 
But I had no raincoat or umbrella for the walk home, although I waved away the offer of a lift in a car! 
But (beginning to run) walking through the churchyard, I remembered how several umbrellas are often left behind after church services.
So I popped into the church and borrowed one, and arrived home nice and dry!
