It's all about colour ....
Carrots, sweet potatoes, courgette, leek, green beans and red onion. Drizzled with oil, and sprinkled with herbs and black pepper. About to hit the oven, to be roasted, along with chicken marinated in honey, lemon and spices. A delicious dinner.
And a follow up to last night's colourful Tardis entry. Seemingly a company called Juice Garden - Glasgow's first botanical juice bar - have rented the space over the summer, to provide healthy snacks. They promise to return it to the original dark blue before they leave. More information here. What can I say, except "exterminate, exterminate".
