What's happened to The Tardis?

No Photoshop trickery here, I promise.  An "I don't believe it" moment in Buchanan Street, Glasgow, this afternoon.  Our dearly loved dark blue Tardis Police Box, has been painted this awful lime green colour.

Do any Weegies know what's going on?  

In other news - success with shoes for #1's wedding, just to find a matching bag now.  I was in over twenty shoe shops looking for just the right pair.  

Update on Tuesday 5 May : 
Seemingly a company called Juice Garden - Glasgow's first botanical juice bar - have rented the space over the summer, to provide healthy snacks.  They promise to return it to the original dark blue before they leave.
