A grueling day in
court and we're not done yet, but
maybe tomorrow!

This court case has been brewing since the fall of 2013. It is a business-related suit, based largely on someone's wish to blame our business for their poor choices and decisions. 

We were served with papers in September 2013. It took a bit of work to find a lawyer to handle this. Our first court date was September 2014. We resumed today with the same lawyer and judge. It is my hope that it can be wrapped up tomorrow morning with the decision coming later. 

It has hung around like a bad smell for far too long. 

I came home too tired for much. I have a lovely glass of moscato sitting beside me tonight.
