The corn snake finishes his weekly meal
They come from North America and eat rodents so they are often found near grain stores - hence the name. . You can just see the tail of the (dead) mouse and the enormous bulge of the body. This is a temporary lodger in my grandson's bedroom as the owner (in the army) was posted to Germany at 24 hours notice and couldn't take the snake with him. My grandson had a zoo in his bedroom almost since birth - spitting toads, several snakes, tarantula, scorpions, lizards and who know's what else.
