Well, it's a blip

Turns out the only picture I took today was an attempt to get Little Albi (Albi) and her new friend Big Albi (Leornado) in a picture together to show the kids.

The relaxed pace continued this morning with a lovely catch up with a friend over coffee.

And I ticked some of the very random jobs on the list that have been accumulating...so amongst other things, tap shoes are reunited with their taps, the A and D strings on the double bass have been suitably raked*, a super cool (temperature wise apparently) dog crate has been ordered for the car, sample leavers' hoodies have been requested and the car permit has been sorted.

Then I had a bit of an afternoon, oh my god, I relaxed too early I still have work things to do and we haven't packed for tomorrow, and I have to go and concentrate on a webinar with internal people I've not worked with and it's 6pm on a Friday night and I shouldn't be expected to talk sense panic.

We're sort of packed, I sort of made sense and I sort of did the most pressing of the work things.

And now sleep as we have an early start and a looooooooooooooong drive in the morning.
