Now Open, Ed's Easy Diner....

...In The Grand Arcade, Cambridge. I tried it out today and it I thought it was good. The blog reads as follows....'Ed's Easy Diner' is a much loved retro-American diner that successfully captures the spirit of the U.S. originals, iconic symbols of an unforgettable period in their history. A time of optimistic mood that was influenced by the music, design and culture of that era and bringing the 1950's to life. Restored 'Dime Selector' (now 20p)  juke boxes where you can select your favourite U.S.hits from  the 1950's ( no Cliff Richard) and the money is donated to local charities. As in all American Diners, you can watch your food being  prepared in the open kitchen'  I think the grandchildren will like it.
