Aromatics and Natural Beauty

I found a number of possible entries for today's Wide Angle Wednesday challenge on "Signs and Symbols." One was for an alleged Cash and Carry. Another was a simple directional sign with a symbol in the background: many people think the building is a mosque but look at the top of the dome. A third also has a sign and a symbol but no evidence of funny handshakes.

I chose this one as it had more interest, including the one, very old, legible sign and another which has all but faded. I think they are closed.
