More work?

I meet my supervisor today. I dont have a lot of updates since I am mostly just waiting for experiments to finish and writing at the same time. I do have another task that I want to include in my results though. I want to include cluster analysis of the results that I am generating rather than just characterizing the final configurations that I am generating. I did a  clustering test on the partial results for my Janus system with 100 particles using R. I used the hierarchical clustering method based solely on the particles' position. I thought that I had done alright with it but then my supervisor said that I should have included the orientation information of each particle as this differentiates the Janus system from other systems. He was of course as usual correct and I cant believe why I did not consider that in the first place. So I am back in the drawing board. Before including the orientation information, I also need to align my configurations. So....more work!
