Birthday Pizza Party

My grandson turns 7 years old today and since it was a school night we decided to do an impromptu party.  I invited his great grandparents who live close by and my son invited Nicky's godfather to come over too. 
I told Nicky he choose anything he wanted for dinner.  He chose he favorite food, pizza! 
I got an ice cream cake for desert.  We sang happy birthday, opened presents and spent some time talking and relaxing.  Nicky was very happy.
