What a load of rubbish

To avoid confusion, this has nothing to do with the candidates in the upcoming election that I've already voted in so might as well be over (I wish!)

I was a busy boy over the weekend, picking up eighteen bags of bruck from 'my' beach. It is now clean enough to eat your dinner off. The sanderlings and oystercatchers always do anyway but now there's less stuff for them to get caught up in or poison themselves with. 

So if I start moaning about my back aching, you'll know that I brought it upon myself.
