Shetland

Today's the day ......................... to stand and stare

What is this life if, full of care,
We have no time to stand and stare?
                                                                              
The welsh poet W. H. Davies included these lines in his poem 'Leisure' published in 1911. This little Shetland pony did a lot of standing and staring at me as I walked past his field today. 

At least I think he was staring ...............................

ps there was another creature standing and staring this time last year!
