Willow Warbler or Chiff Chaff?

I think I'm just going to come down on the side of Willow Warbler - but would be happy to be corrected. My reasoning fwiw is that the supercilium* is more noticeable and the legs seem quite pale - but that's the extent of my knowledge.
In this Blip it's also worth noting the spectacular blue sky we were enjoying at 8:00am today - I mention this because now at8:00pm it's currently snowing in our garden at 250m asl.

* plumage feature that runs from the base of the beak, over the eye in some birds. Eyebrows to you & I.
