Hatched Hay

We had a lazy day today (appropriate for the dreary day!).

A coffee and a muffin was followed by some shopping (where I finally replaced the terrible shoes that I'd been embarrassingly been wearing for months with lots of holes in them...). Miles had a sleep and Gina and I took some time for ourselves (she did a House of Cards catch-up so we're at the same level, and I did a pretty big clusterbackblip so I'm now up to date too!).

Esme came over for a chat, and we chilled out for the rest of the day (OK, I may have hung a blind and some picture frames, but that's hardly work compared to normal!)..

Back to the emergency lamp for a blip though... it had been a while!

What a luxury!
