I don't often get the camera turned on me, but I've been enjoying playing with my 50mm f1.8 legacy lens again, so decided to do a self portrait.

Today was Anzac day. My usual sentiments about reflecting on the human condition apply this year as every year. It's good that this is still a big deal, but I really hope that the message gets across to Miles' generation so that they manage to get along better than we seem to.

I put up some shelves and then we went over to Johnny and Stacey's place for a barbecue in the afternoon, it was good to have a catch up with some friends that I'd not seen for a while!
