Prunus "Barnitt's Gigantissima"

We wanted a decent sized cherry tree to go in the border. I spotted one at our local hardware store.

It was nine feet tall and I had to carry it home (about two miles) on foot.

It cost less than 20 quid. Go figure.

(As you can see, I was so busy planting it, I nearly forgot to blip before the light went...)
