Diarrhoea And Beer

S is a consultant gastroenterologist and a good mate. We used to do joint ward rounds around the hospital, managing patients with antibiotic-associated diarrhoea. 

We met for beers - and discussed much more interesting stuff. His daughter rang just before midnight to find out where he was. And wanted to know why anyone would want to take his picture.
