Another day, another beach

It looked like being a good day today so I was up early driving Tricia into school so that I could have the car for the day. I ended up pottering in the garden doing exciting things like starting the lawn mower for the first time in six months.
Then off to pick up Tricia and go for a stroll at a spot I've never visited before- the island of Orasay on the north coast of North Uist. This was one of the beaches on that island - always good to find a new beach - and was full of otter prints. An adult and two pretty small pups.   Prints however were all we saw.......
