Mah Jong...

I thought my computer was wanting to play Mah Jong today.
Turns out I just accidentally turned on the Chinese typeset...

That'd be why it went a bit doolally when I was trying to name that file...

I got my first Freedom of Information request back today.  Dog fouling is a bit of a problem in our area and I reckon the main problem is that they just don't enforce the fines.  Turns out that only 10 dog fouling fines have been issued in my town in the last 5 years.
