Mysterious Misty Loch

This was the view from the house this morning when I got up. A quiet day today in the lambing field one new lamb but mummy didn't have any milk for it so straight to the pet lamb pen for this one. Husband and I tagged and dehorned the latest bull calf. We have started on a new fence in the yard that will mean we can have livestock out about the shed but cant get round to the house. Mainly thinking of Mhairi when she gets old enough to be allowed outside.

Having mussels for dinner that my dad brought down, there is a mussel farm up the road where you get 2kgs for £2 they are delicious fresh and a bargain!!

8c no wind, dry and sunny until 6pm when it has started to rain a little, good for the grass!
