Question:  What do you get when you take an evening photo of a fountain in a pond beside a shopping mall on a four-lane highway?  Answer:  You get a photo of a fountain in a pond beside a shopping mall on a four lane highway and questions about how make it better (rather than not shooting it all).  By the way, I did slow the shutter speed a little to try to make the spurting water more interesting.  It seems large gives more of an effect.
