Sky at 5.45 am

Up early again this morning - quite grey with low cloud - but as I sat marking I noticed it became perceptably lighter behind me.

This is what I saw. The dark clouds are at the bottom of the picture but behind them the sun is lighting the more feathered clouds. Sadly it didn't last and the sun disappeared again!

Happy Jubilee weekend everyone - I think this could be the weather pattern for the bank holiday!
