Peacock Party

It was potluck before staff meeting today. One very talented co-worker hunted for weeks for these blue marshmallow Peeps, then used them to create these awesome peacock cupcakes. The tails were made of melted and shaped coloured chocolate. The purple ones were equally good and a lovely colour compliment. Then we all struggled to stay awake for staff meeting. Some of us failed.
