New car

Today be and I bought a new car, a Skoda Scout, our first European car.

It is also our first all wheel drive "crossover" vehicle, very handy for Hanmer in the Winter if it snows, and for off road fishing expeditions.

1.8 litre petrol (132kw) with turbo. It is pretty slick and will be great fun to drive.

We will be a bit sad to move on from the Calais which has served us well, and trouble free, but it's time for a change.
