Recycling license plates

I bet you haven't seen this type of bird house before.  I was at a garden center today and spotted this unusual use of old license plates.  They had so many unusual things there that I wish I could Blip a dozen photos tonight. 
The day started out awful here.  It was raining so hard and the wind was blowing the rain sideways so an umbrella was useless.  Around dinner time it cleared up but only for a while.  We are expecting heavy thunderstorms this evening.  Maybe it will clear the air for the rest of the week.
