Dear Diary,

It is Monochrome Marathon Monday!  I thought Gaylord looked like he was ready to race!  He is a very fast runner and his dashes across the backyard are wonderful to watch.  Thousands of people will line the race route in Boston today to watch the runners as well.  I wish it was going to be a better day for them.

Things are slowing down at the feeding table as my feathered and furred friends are able to find food elsewhere. I'll finish up this final bag of seeds and clean up.  I don't feed them in the summer months.  I will miss their visits but they can fen for themselves now.
